I do agree with both of you actually. And I'd add that I'm actually glad that tumblr hasn't taken on the popularity that twitter has, because then we'd all look like sellouts too. I'm fine with my following/followers and I'm happy with our little miami tumblr clique. I can't imagine following more people, wouldn't be able to keep up.

I also agree that Carlos should get comments.

He does give A LOT to charity, especially local so fla charities. But I have to agree with you, I was on a cruise and I watched a bunch of rich people pay THOUSANDS for small pieces of his work and I wanted to be like "Yo dude, break me off a hundred and I'll paint you a colorful fish."

Hang in there. It will pass. I know you know that but thought you might like to hear someone say it. Just think of all the time law school and everything else has overwhelmed you and all you wanted was some time alone, and realize that right now is that time. The time you get to clear your head and recharge. I've been there. Enjoy the downtime while you can, even though it hurts. One morning I just woke up and I was happy again. Then you're ready to jump back into the thick of it.
