THE NEW VERSION IS TO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND, I DEFINITLY LIKE THE OLD VERSION BETTER

I know. I hate it so much. You have to search in a generalized way...only good thing it has going for it is that you can find whole albums, however, if you are just looking for a particular song...FORGET IT!!!! new frostwire, you suck monkey balls!

version 4.21.8 is the best version of frostwire, that I have encountered...

If no one really likes the newer version, why doesn't frostwire just re-release the older version for us?

for some reason my old frostwire versions dont like to start the connection they just say starting connection i like the old versions so much better new one is a joke anyway if anyone can diagnose the problem id be happy and yes i have tryed reseting my modem

Mine has been doing it too, cant figure out what is going on. I'd rather not get new music then use the new frostwire.

I went into my router config and made the IP for my laptop the NAT, it opened all ports to it, and I connected immediately after that - and since.

mine is doing it to how you fixed it?

On the support site, they say these old versions may take up to 20 minutes to fully connect. It's nothing wrong on your end.

How do I get my old version of frostwire to work because I hate this new version. It just says starting connection. Can someone please help me? I have uninstalled it, than I reinstalled it but, it's still not working.

maybe they don't use the older versions now so they stopped them from connecting to the network forcing people to get the newer versions

i think the Older Version is the best too. i agree that they shouldnt have changed it and i thnk if they make newer versions they should be similar to the Older versions!

The new version throws songs in your library that you didn't want and most of all CAN"T play!!!!

4.21.8 old version is the ony one i like and is the most promising version to get what u want . ps the new version is to difficult to work and your lucky to get what you were looking for !

this is really stupid 4.21.8 is a lot better then any newer frostwire version

i just open the old version of frostwire. everything went fine but it wont let me drag my songs over to itune.i dont no what esle to do
