I am always looking forward to new posts from you. I realized after reading the post that "getting into my Bible" was a discipline that I have neglected. Since I have to drive an hour in the morning to take my teen to school and return home, I found it helpful to make a riding mix of scriptures. I can "read' the Bible while driving in the morning. It is the practical and "on point" content of your work that makes it valuable to me. (Keeps me from fussing at other drivers too ; D).

Re: The Revelation of God’s Work/Life Balance Solution for Your Life

Great content, Rod! thank you for continuing to do your very important work at The Success Center despite new constraints on your time.Congratulations on your relationship. 8 ), last year my focus was to "put my priorities in order". God at the top, me next family. I found that everything I do, the decisions I make must align with HIS will or it will either not be effective or good for me. This year, my fiocus is on time management. I have found that as a God directs my steps I have to make room for all of the good things he provides. I needed to make room on my daily agenda to do all the work and play he gives me to do.

Re: 6 Ways to Maximize Your Time and Get More Done

Great practical tips for managing time. i have been working on time management since January. I was getting somewhat overwhelmed with our business, study, school, family worship...I am learning to do the things that matter. I spend my time now like I spend my money (very carefully). In doing so I found that I am more productive and happier.

Re: Are You Afraid of Success?

I enjoyed this article vey much. You, once again, have accomplished the goal of adding valuable content to your readers as well as motivation and inspiration.Thank you for that, Rod! As a baseball fan, I enjoyed the analogy. Stepping up to the plate at times can seem intimidating to me but the fear of sitting the game out is worst. For me knowing the "Umpire' is the greatest fear buster.

Re: Savvy Marketing Moments With Rod “the Success Coach” Kirby

I liked the distinction between tools and platforms. the word platform as Rod described definitely describe something more solid and sustainable.

Re: What’s the Secret to Having all the Time & Money in the World?

Crazy as this sounds I would do exactly what I am doing now. I would get up in the morning and have coffee with Jesus. I would do my homework before the babies woke up ( I am studying in school to learn not to earn more money although not opposed to more money), put some concrete goals on the calendar and put up my Christmas tree with my family. I would minister to someone every day. I would try to squeeze every good thing out of every second of the day.

Re: Poll: Have You Accomplished Everything You Wanted to This Year?

I have accomplished several of my goals this year. I gave birth to my beautiful healthy baby girl. I have published my website and have set up a Blog. I am earning the income that I projected (satisfying). I have begun school and am excelling at that although not a goal that I set last year. I have met a lot of wonderful encouraging, positive people this year which is always a goal. I wanted to be more involved in ministering this year and I am involved in community associations and projects that I was not involved with last year. I did not get on the exercise program that I intended. I am going to work on that in 2010. Funny thing about goals, they come back bigger and that is a good thing!

Re: Just Married: Groom Changes Facebook Relationship Status at the Altar [VIDEO]

I think they may have taken themselves a little too seriously.

Re: The Home Depot Guide to Success

There is a powerful strategy outlined in a very motivational tone. In fact, I had not realized up until now I am (along with classmates) usually complaining about homework on Facebook. I do enjoy my classes and learning new things everyday. I enjoy being able to continue my adult learning experience as a distance learner. I also enjoy the resources available to me as a college student. I find that as I am listing these "positive" things - my gratitude list I am ready to "get in class". Ironically, the first assignment tonight is to watch and critique a video. So I got motivation and half of one assignment done! The investment will always "pay off". I prefer to make my purchases from small businesses for this reason. There is always risk involved when making major changes in your life. I very much like the idea of taking limits off your life to strategically advance in the business. I have taken ownership of my own marketing and networking strategies. With a web host I was limited to a few changes to my website at the hosts discretion. In fact, I never saw it until it was published.I now can and do make changes, add posts and pictures at my own discretion. I am making an equal number of errors as accomplishments but at the end of the day they are all learning experiences. Thank you for sharing this encouraging article and your experience in your repositioning strategy.

Re: How I Use Social Media to Promote My Blogs

I agree that the viisuals and the explanation were excellent. The idea that your homebase needs to be something that you have complete control over really hit home. I had a website that someone else was hosting.
