There are alot of both men and women still in highschool at 19. I graduated when I was nineteen because my birthdate kept me from attending until I was seven. I couldn't date 18 and 19 year old school girls because most had graduated. I was in school with several kids that were 19 and 20 and either juniors or seniors. That was quite common among hispanic kids attending school in the lower Rio Grande Valley. I knew one senior that was 22. In areas like the valley, you just find a larger amount of that issue. It use to disgust me to see 14 and 15 year old school girls sitting in cars or under the bleachers smooching and making out with guys six or seven years older than they were. If a guy had a car that ran, had mudflaps, a loud radio, raised in the rear and a couple tall antennas he had those young girls chasing after him and making fools out of themselves. They were always coming up pregnant and dropping out of school. That has been going on for decades. Very selfom did you find a 20 to 24 year old man marry a woman within two or three years of his age. Now 13 is a little young, I agree but not 15. Valerie just said she was in special Ed and I suggested she take a course or two in typing. What the heck is wrong with advise like that....she should be getting from her parents, not me.
