I really really want a paid trainer/speaker for those like the catalyst conference. There has to be some sort of structure, of course. However, companies/parents/schools do have a choice on what their focus is going to be in terms of restricting the employees and where they choose to give them the freedom they want. This choice is important one because it sends a message.
