Regarding subdomain being better than subfolder, I've personally found the opposite to be true. Though Google takes a neutral stance, more seem to agree with subfolder. Your take is interesting and would love to see more cases of that being true.

Re: Facebook users in Nepal

~3.5% Facebook users in Nepal are aged 65 or above. There are around 90 lakhs (9 million monthly active Facebook users in Nepal) as of February 2019. Among these, ~47% are 25 to 35 age group. 36% are 18 to 24 age group. 17% other age groups. Hope that helps.

Re: Facebook users in Nepal

Digital marketing in itself is broad and can cover anything from advertising, web, mobile, social media to emerging technologies. There are companies which are primarily digital based (e.g. e-commerce sites). And there are companies which are just starting to allocate some of their traditional marketing budget to digital. You can email for anything specific as well (info@roshanjoshi.com.np)

Re: Facebook users in Nepal

With 1.5 crore+ users on internet from Nepal, every companies are using internet as a marketing tool in some ways. We could consider Facebook page as marketing tool for more practical purpose. The number of Facebook page owners exceed 7.5 lakhs. Each person usually manages over one page (I end up managing dozens of company pages myself). For average couple of Pages per owner, that easily exceeds 15 lakhs companies. Considering even 20% active use, that would exceed over 300,000 companies using Internet/Facebook as marketing tool in Nepal. Hope that helps.

Re: Facebook users in Nepal

Potential reach for social media users for now. So far I have only seen mysansar publish traffic report. On top, costs demanded even for banner ads by some of the online news sites are ridiculously high. One way to determine could be if you had both 1st and 2nd position ads at the same time and measure the success.

Re: How Can You Tell if Your SEO Company is Lying to You?

love the sincerity. looking forward to the book Marc

Re: Will LinkedIn endorsements have an effect on search results?

I doubt endorsement will have impact in search results soon. Cumulative rating (say 70/100 or 3.5/5 for marketing) could be how it is used instead. However, internal search in Linkedin and authority on the topic is something that could be in huge demand for recruiters or companies. Also, for Linkedin, the fact that one can endorse only those he/she know will require that person to add more connections. Hence Linkedin will continue to grow exponentially just for endorsement if it continues to be successful & fair.

Re: Evolution of a Logo

looks great on the blue wall.
