D doesnt work for Walmart he got fired from Walmart probably just like Judy did because he was a lazy worker who stood around stealing company time. Walmart is a great company who is still growing and will continue to Grow because they have people in place that Know what the hell there doing. UFCW is a waste there going bankrupt and they just want 1 last swan song to try and make it and Walmart is there target.

Another crazy fact how many stores are there compared to Target? Of course crime will be more prevelant at a Walmart then a Target. #1 no one shops at Target compared to Walmart so of course your going to have more criminal incidents at Walmart. Doesnt mean it is Walmarts fault.

15 to 20 years ago. That was back then and I wonder how many times customers made things fall on them. But your point of Walmart taking down there risers is completely false it happend 5 years ago and had nothing to do with falling merchandise.

We all learn from are mistakes just like we learned we will never have an a-hole like Bush as president again. Has Walmart made mistakes sure they have just like every other company and every human in this world you learn from it put in policies and move on.

Just like last year when the guy got killed on Blitz day. Walmart has put in a crowd management plan this year so what happen last doesnt happen again. That is why Walmart is the best company around because they react and they fix the issues in there company.

And why will half of those "300 positions" be vacant again within a year?

Because your going through and trying to hire people so fast to fill a store we dont put alot of thought into them we just hire them. Then they think it will be easy but putting together a store is very stressful and long hours and they cant hang so they quit during setup. I will be honest about 1 thing it does have to do with some management also because some Managers arent people friendly so that is why people quit. But really what job has all nice bosses you have to suck it up and deal with it.

HAHA your such an idiot. Walmart is all about reducing inventory all the stats they provided in the documentary is true. Now Walmart is even going further in using a system that Target uses to pick the item out of the backrooom when it can be stocked it is reducing inventories even more and lowering shrink throughout the company. But wait KEN gave me the answer in 5 years on the next documentary when they tout this backroom program for reducing inventory it was really to protect the associates because freight was hitting them in the backroom.LMAO

Think about this Ken and give me an answer. Take down risers Lower inventory which it has dramatically.HMMM less inventory means less money spent on delivering merchandise so they save on Shipping charges,Fuel, Interest they have to pay for sitting on merchandise that would sit on risers and collect dust. Save on the Labor of putting freight on the risers then save on the labor to take down the freight of the risers. Sounds like Walmart is saving Money to me is that how you run a company cut your expenses and you will make money? Walmart is trying to make people more productive I mean heaven forbid people have to work for there pay check. Gheeze

Ken-- What is your deal? I have more insight into Walmart then you will ever have. 1st of Not sure what Al is talking about killing shoplifters that is not even true and should never be allowed. If a store is ran right the AP's in the store should have plenty of backup in the stores I know I always backup my AP. 2nd off I agree with AI you dont answer any of the questions put out there WHY NOT? You act like walmart is so bad have you even worked there? Judy is just a disgruntled employee who wanted to go to work and stand there and do nothing. Oh wait she was upset because she had so much experience but couldnt get promoted.

Billybob brings up a very good point why if there is a new store open 300 positions and they get like 1200 Applications if Walmart is so bad why apply at walmart go work somewhere else.

Why is it so hard for people to make decisions about what we listen to on the radio what about 5 years ago we had the FCC sending out millions in fines to Howard Stern. WHY? Turn off the radio if you dont want to listen to him. Same with a job if you dont like Walmart dont work there no one and I mean no one needs to work somewhere when there not happy.

Kinda funny today had to deal with a couple associates and they werent getting there way so they scream Discrimination. What I mean how crazy people just throw things out there and dont even think. Simple dont like it Quit go work somewhere better. UFCW is going bankrupt that is the only reason why they want walmart

Walmart has made big changes to there Management structure to make it so we can spend time with our family. I give big time credit to Walmart in taking this stance. Now are schedules are 3 days on and 3 days off 7am-8pm So yeah 3 days are long days but then I get 3 straight days off with my family to go do whatever I want with them. The biggest part about it is I cant even go into work if I wanted to or else I would be sent home. My 3 days is geared for me to spend time with my family and I will tell you it sure is happening we have been doing alot of cool things together as a family. Even my kids like my schedule so Walmart understands about Family and they hit a homerun with this new program.

You should really look at the prices Target and Walmart about even on prices where Walmart destroys there competiton is Consumables HBA,PETS,GROCERY,PAPERGOODS,And CHEMICALS. You should really understand that every company in America uses the same type of factories so the unleashing of hatered on Walmart is ridiculous. The people you need to look at about Cheap clothes is the suppliers there the ones willing to slash there labor to sell at Walmart. Walmart comes out and says this is what were paying for it if you can match are price then you can sell your clothes in our store if not well go somewhere else. The suppliers buy into the greed of knowing they have to have walmart to succeed in this world.
