Walmart is a great company who is still growing and will continue to Grow because they have people in place that Know what the hell there doing. UFCW is a waste there going bankrupt and they just want 1 last swan song to try and make it and Walmart is there target.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

UFCW. You need to get into reality this country is falling by the waste side. It is companies like Walmart who is there for American People to Save Money and Live Better what a great concept.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

no answer on this one.hmmmmm

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Ok so your goal is to ruin Walmart. Let me ask you this dont u know that would destroy the economy and this country. 2.1 million people out of jobs. Millions and Millions of people wouldnt be able to feed there families because they will have to go to supermarkets and get raped by there outrageous prices. Walmart is simple Save Money Live Better. Is that what it is all about but instead you would rather have americans Pay More Live Like Shit. How is that concept right?

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Another crazy fact how many stores are there compared to Target? Of course crime will be more prevelant at a Walmart then a Target. #1 no one shops at Target compared to Walmart so of course your going to have more criminal incidents at Walmart. Doesnt mean it is Walmarts fault.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

15 to 20 years ago. That was back then and I wonder how many times customers made things fall on them. But your point of Walmart taking down there risers is completely false it happend 5 years ago and had nothing to do with falling merchandise.

So since we got this one under control now and u agree with me we will move on now. Thank you for making my point on this one.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

I think I will have Kool Aid. Ken is a closet Walmart Lover

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

How about the Evil Walmart and how they give so much money to charities it is freaking crazy. Remember Hurricane Katrina yeah funny how Walmart gave more to the people then George Bush and the federal government gave them. That is sad. Heck tomorrow going to do a charitable event to give 5000 buxs to a Crisis Call Center. Yeah Walmart is so evil but they do so much good for people around the world. Get your facts right Ken the EVil one is UFCW who is going bankrupt only reason why they want Walmart.

Answer the question about UFCW come on you know it is true there going belly up they cant survive without Walmart only reason why they want in. Has nothing to do with workers they want in only for Walmart Cash.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Let me ask u a question Ken if that statement is about walmart AP where did they get the gun go to sporting goods pull out a shotgun and blow him away.LMAO Not 1 AP person carries a gun so please stop with the nonsense.

I have like about 5 other ?'s I asked you go answer those I want to know ur great insight into them? I will tell you in 12 years this has not happened. Stop with the hatered your as bad as Bin Laden. We all learn from are mistakes just like we learned we will never have an a-hole like Bush as president again. Has Walmart made mistakes sure they have just like every other company and every human in this world you learn from it put in policies and move on.

Just like last year when the guy got killed on Blitz day. Walmart has put in a crowd management plan this year so what happen last doesnt happen again. That is why Walmart is the best company around because they react and they fix the issues in there company.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

...talking about killing shoplifters that is not even true and should never be allowed.

It's statements like that which illustrate your lack of "insight into Walmart".

(I would like to know where a shoplifter was killed. I want to read the article).

And why will half of those "300 positions" be vacant again within a year?

Because your going through and trying to hire people so fast to fill a store we dont put alot of thought into them we just hire them. Then they think it will be easy but putting together a store is very stressful and long hours and they cant hang so they quit during setup. I will be honest about 1 thing it does have to do with some management also because some Managers arent people friendly so that is why people quit. But really what job has all nice bosses you have to suck it up and deal with it.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Ken is the typical person who doesnt have a point or is getting destroyed in every comment he makes because he doesnt have an answer for any of the things we bring back up to him. Instead he does the most non original thing that people do on the internet lets go after the spelling and grammar because I have no answer for Nathan or Bob or AI I will just really look and say. OH crap you forgot a period your an idiot I dont need to answer your questions your not smart. Ken is probably 1 of those customers that comes in and complains at walmart. I came in your store I know you have 10000 items but your out of my 1 item I want. You better get it in the store because I spend a 1000 dollars a month in Walmart so you need to kiss my ass. I think Ken is a closet Walmart Lover to be honest. I did the Walmart Cheer today.HAHA especially the squiggly I felt like I was in such a fun Cult.lol

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Judy I am over 31. The fact is, for years falling merchandise was a leading cause of injuries to associates and customers resulting in untold lawsuits.

Again another stupid comment from KEN

#1 wasnt even in the top 3 of accidents in the stores for customers or associates. Slip Trip and Fall is #1 and that is because most people make that crap up it is great to look on video and watch people fall on purpose. Crazy what people do to try and make a buck

HAHA your such an idiot. Walmart is all about reducing inventory all the stats they provided in the documentary is true. Now Walmart is even going further in using a system that Target uses to pick the item out of the backrooom when it can be stocked it is reducing inventories even more and lowering shrink throughout the company. But wait KEN gave me the answer in 5 years on the next documentary when they tout this backroom program for reducing inventory it was really to protect the associates because freight was hitting them in the backroom.LMAO

Think about this Ken and give me an answer. Take down risers Lower inventory which it has dramatically.HMMM less inventory means less money spent on delivering merchandise so they save on Shipping charges,Fuel, Interest they have to pay for sitting on merchandise that would sit on risers and collect dust. Save on the Labor of putting freight on the risers then save on the labor to take down the freight of the risers. Sounds like Walmart is saving Money to me is that how you run a company cut your expenses and you will make money? Walmart is trying to make people more productive I mean heaven forbid people have to work for there pay check. Answer this question smarty what do you think the #1 expense is in a Walmart Store? I will answer for you WAGES if there paying people UFCW crazy ass wages Walmarts will go out of business just as quick as Kmart is going out of business.

Why would you want to destroy Walmart what do you think that does to the economy the #1 company in the world goes under? We would go into a straight up depression 2.1 million people out of work. WOW that would be crazy

Think before you speak Ken because your talking out of your ass

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Ken-- What is your deal? I have more insight into Walmart then you will ever have. 1st of Not sure what Al is talking about killing shoplifters that is not even true and should never be allowed. If a store is ran right the AP's in the store should have plenty of backup in the stores I know I always backup my AP. 2nd off I agree with AI you dont answer any of the questions put out there WHY NOT? You act like walmart is so bad have you even worked there? Judy is just a disgruntled employee who wanted to go to work and stand there and do nothing. Oh wait she was upset because she had so much experience but couldnt get promoted.

Billybob brings up a very good point why if there is a new store open 300 positions and they get like 1200 Applications if Walmart is so bad why apply at walmart go work somewhere else.

Why is it so hard for people to make decisions about what we listen to on the radio what about 5 years ago we had the FCC sending out millions in fines to Howard Stern. WHY? Turn off the radio if you dont want to listen to him. Same with a job if you dont like Walmart dont work there no one and I mean no one needs to work somewhere when there not happy.

Kinda funny today had to deal with a couple associates and they werent getting there way so they scream Discrimination. What I mean how crazy people just throw things out there and dont even think. Simple dont like it Quit go work somewhere better. UFCW is going bankrupt that is the only reason why they want walmart

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Walmart has made big changes to there Management structure to make it so we can spend time with our family. I give big time credit to Walmart in taking this stance. Now are schedules are 3 days on and 3 days off 7am-8pm So yeah 3 days are long days but then I get 3 straight days off with my family to go do whatever I want with them. The biggest part about it is I cant even go into work if I wanted to or else I would be sent home. My 3 days is geared for me to spend time with my family and I will tell you it sure is happening we have been doing alot of cool things together as a family. Even my kids like my schedule so Walmart understands about Family and they hit a homerun with this new program.

Re: Last night’s CNBC Wal-Mart documentary a must-watch

Well go turn me in if you think I am so in the wrong. HAHA So let me guess Walmart is the only company who gets cheap labor from factories is that your position. You should really look at the prices Target and Walmart about even on prices where Walmart destroys there competiton is Consumables HBA,PETS,GROCERY,PAPERGOODS,And CHEMICALS. You should really understand that every company in America uses the same type of factories so the unleashing of hatered on Walmart is ridiculous. The people you need to look at about Cheap clothes is the suppliers there the ones willing to slash there labor to sell at Walmart. Walmart comes out and says this is what were paying for it if you can match are price then you can sell your clothes in our store if not well go somewhere else. The suppliers buy into the greed of knowing they have to have walmart to succeed in this world.
