Either I'm missing the point or this article is not quite right but Google Voice is not VoIP at all. If a company decides to allow Skype on their network that means squat when it comes to Google Voice.

I was hit by this too. It wasn't that bad but certainly looks bad for alexa. I perused their site and couldn't really find anything about this issue. Too bad, I was hoping that would help get my rank up!
