i actually own that book (bought it for 50 cents!) and meant to read it before i came here but then i didnt... i will get around to reading it sometime.. i have a feeling i'd like it too! (which is why i bought it, ha)

mm definitely with almond butter, which is my favorite kind of nut butter... i eat that stuff by the spoonfuls

figs+almond butter on toast is also good.
as is figs + goat cheese on toast. toast is like my favorite food haha

this toast looks amazing... i am obsessed with finding new toast combinations. looks like you really like egg- have you tried egg, peanut butter, & jam? so good!
