I changed my strategy online a few years ago. Up until 2009 I connected with just about anyone. Since then I have progressively changed and streamlined my strategy to a more focused plan.

Whether it be pay your mortgage or some other life decision we are struggle with what we should do occasionally. And it always comes down to what can I personally live with. I don't judge people based on decisions they make in their lives, I haven't walked in their shoes & everyone has their own breaking point. I have spoken with folks regularly about this exact same question and given similar answers. Many people are in the same boat.

Certainly is an honor to be included in such company. Absolutely the most remarkable people every to shake up the real estate industry on this list. Not only do I know most of them personally I have their phone numbers programed & have done business with a few. I can't thank you enough for the opportunity.

ya know Poppy I like to talk about my wilder/harder times because it is my hope that I will be able to inspire or help others, I don't think it is such a bad thing.
