Title formatting jumps all over the place...some have bigger fonts, some are bolded. I couldn't figure out when a new paragraph started and when one ended. Plus no title punctuation.

The scared to take vacation time feeling is way too common in the US workplace, especially in tech industry. I'm not sure about 'unlimited' but I know Netflix has done it from day one and have never seen any complaints from their camp. But I do feel there should be minimum vacation time...make employees take some time off, step back and look at their work with some fresh eyes.
