I know my troubles aren't anywhere near yours, but I understand the mind suddenly taking over when you least want it too. If I can't talk my husband into rubbing my back or head to calm me down, I have taken to imaging scenes rather than those things that want to stress me out.

Far as life plans go, I think you'll get there and get yourself sorted out. This stuff going on is just the build up letting you know it's time for a change and time to start seriously planning on it. You can do it!

I'm studying to be an accountant and I'm lively about a lot of things. Including accounting. ^^ So yes... fuck drab people... (who are or are not accountants).
