Thanks for the note, Actous! You are correct -- I don't see Route 16 or 316 in the survey. I'm not sure why they would be left out.

If you continue to the end of the survey, there is an area with the heading "Please share any additional feedback you have about the proposed changes" -- you may want to enter your thoughts about Routes 16 and 316 there.

Yes, we received a note on facebook that the dog was reunited with its owner, but that info was secondhand and has not been confirmed.
