Those are facts. You have not provided any VALID citatiions for what you say,. The Fraser Institute is NOT a valid citation. It is US lies.

It is as much more of a fact that hospitals in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax, and Vancouver are full of people from the Unted States than it is that Detroit hospitals are full of Canadians since US hospials like that say they only see 2 or 3 Canadians a month.

No they are not. Virtually NO Canadians EVER go to the United States for medical care. In fact, Canadians working or visting in the United States who are injured or take ill IMMEDIATELY FLY BACK TO CANADA FOR MEDICAL CARE.

You mean Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax, and Vancouver hospitals are full of people from the United States who have to come to Canada for medcial care they can't get in the United States.

We in Canada pay $ZERO in medical costs and NOBODY pays for private insurance here in Canada. The people who have private insurance (which only covers dental care and vision care, nothing else) is an employee benefit. NO Canadian pays out of pocket for private insurance and private insurance here in Canada only covers vision care and dental care, nothing else .

Private insurance for anything covered by the universal single payer health care system (that we have had for 53 years and would have it no other way) is ILLEGAL.

Not true. Insurance for anything eligible to be paid by our 53 year old universal single payer health care system is ILLEGAL. It is also illegal to pay out of pocket for health care in Canada that is otherwise covered.

No you can't. You have to wait 3 to 6 months for health insurance permission to have an MRI in the United States. Here in Canada I can have an MRI within an hour of my doctor saying I need it, NEED being the operative word, not when I say I want it,.

I can have elective surgery within a week (far sooner than any US insurance company would ever let you have) I see my GP the same day, see a surgeon within 3 days and have elective surgery the next day after that, all within a week.

I get excellent medical care in Canada, much better than any US insurance company would ever let you have in the US.

Yes, US insurance companies let babies die in the US every day. Regardless of age (including babies), you in the US are always denied the medical care you need because US insurance companies make more profit by denying you and babies medical care, so you don't get it.

What you mean is that you would rather let an insurance company clerk make your medical decisions instead of having a doctor making medical decisions like we do in Canada.

The government in Canada pays all doctor and hospital bill and patients pay $ZERO (and there is no denial as you have with insurance run health care in the US) and Canadian doctors are much better than US doctors.

You definietely have a quack doctor because it is only quack doctors that US insurance companies will ever let you see.

To compare medical care in Canada and in the US, I will give one example. My mother in Canada and my uncle in New York were diagnosed at about the same time as needing bypass surgery.

My mother (in Canada) had bypass surgery within
in 4 hours of being diagnosed as needing it in a Canadian hospital. That is what Canadian health care is like

My uncle (in New York) was put on an US insurance company waiting list and waited SIX MONTHS for his "immediately needed" bypass surgery (that my mother had in 4 hours) and died before a US insurance company would ever let him have the surgery. That is what a catastrophic failure your insurance run health care has been for decades.
