I'm curious...what exactly do you people think lower tax rates are going to accomplish. How will that create jobs? People are saving more these days, so it's not going to push them back into the malls and stores. Even if you are talking about corporate taxes and those for rich people (which knowing the right, you probably are) I think Regan (and before him Coolidge) proved trickle down doesn't work. Of course that's not what they really intended anyway so it's no surprise.

I'm not to hot about the stimulus package, but at least they are going along the lines of something that has some semblence of working.

First of all...good luck! Companies all over the world are sucking.

Second of all, why would anyone hire execs of companies that have notoriously failed. Oh wait, this is Wall Street we are talking about! Where up is down and left is right...and executives still make billions iin bonuses when their company is in the shitter.

Chances are there will be some sort of protection for US companies that will make it less desireable to go overseas (I foresee nice hefty taxes on foreign income!). USA first!

If capitalism worked the way it's supposed to, they'd be making less than me.
