If anybody is going to be deported it’s you".&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ernesto Zedillo, former president of Mexico, on June 23, 1997 announce the Mexican Constitutional amendment allowing for dual citizenship.  He expressed it in English as follows (transcribed): &lt;br&gt;“I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders.  And that Mexican migrants are an important part, a very important part of it".&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is the Greater Mexico doctrine copied essentually from Adolph Hitler's Grosse Deutchland idea.   Your loyalty is to your Tribe, essentually a Hispanic Volkdom, and then to Mexico independent of whether your a US citizen or not.  US citizens of Hispanic and Mexican origin are encouraged to apply for their Mexican citizenship.  This affirms their part of the Hispanic Volkdom.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mexico  asserts that Mexico represents also Americans who formally renounced their Mexican citizenship to become naturalized U.S. citizens. Also bodily violence is done to targeted groups.  The intent is to cause mental harm to those who are not a member of the Hispanic Volkdom.  Specifically various groups targeted are American citizens and all who are any one of these - white/ Anglo-Saxon/ Protestant or Jewish/ European/ English speaking.  Ultimately if given the power the programs teaching encourages all items of Article II to be violated on the targeted groups. All Federal felonys.  If in the course of harboring it results in the death of any person the penalty can include life imprisonment.  If in the course of harboring serious bodily injury occurrs or places the life of any person in jeopardy, the penalty is a fine and up to twenty years' imprisonment. &lt;br&gt;TUSD Ethnic Studies encourages acts which can result in these events. The Hitler Youth or the Chicanos de Aztlán without weakness or tenderness, and not sentimental, but violently active, dominating, brutal youth.  America's future through the public schools thereof.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you want to know of public school indoctination then read the book by Erika Mann, "School for Barbarians" published originally by Modern Age in 1938.  It is still printed and for sale.  You can find an original 1938 copy on Ebay.  It is about public schooling in Nazi Germany.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Erika Mann was the daughter of Thomas Mann and she was a public school teacher forced to teach Nazi barbarism as knowledge.  Her father won the Noble Prise for literature (mainly to get him out alive from Nazi German). He was allowed to leave for Sweden to claim his prise and never went back to Nazi Germany.  He was anti-Nazi and so was his daughter and he managed to get her out as well.  They both were given entry to the United States and they settled in southern California where they rallied a group of equally anti-Nazi German intellectuals.  They all helped with the American war effort in WW2.  Proof of evolution (and Aryan evolution to uber-menshen) was demonstrated in the Nazi schools by bringing in less evolved unter-menshen in cages to lecture from. Mother Earth in the pre-Christian Mediterranian was supposed to have given forth life out of the dust.  First were the Giants and Titans who came out of the dust of Mother Earth.  Since pagans required a Mother and a Father based on observation of nature, the father of those coming out of the dust of the ground was the God Chaos, who was worshiped as the source of life.  To become rejuvinated with renewed life you must periodicall abandon order which ultimately is destructive of life and return to Chaos, the God and source of life. The Roman Bachachanalia festival celebrated in the name of the God Bacchus was a drunken licentuous orgy where ordered disipline was abandoned for life renewing Chaos.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Evolution is essentually a modified version.  Out of Earths distant past, in the primordial swamp and mud, through a fortuitous event of random chance, innate matter became animated and lo springeth forth a tailed man whom random chance smiles upon to produce....well you.  Random chance does not produce a moral universe, for there is no right nor wrong, just more evolved forms with no purpose or goal, just more of them.  Life comes from random chance, true art must come from random chance. What I gave as a definition is a legal one.  "Immigrants have legal status.  They have legal status because they have gone through a legal process to enter the USA and in that process have indicated a very important fact, they plan to transfer allegiance to the USA.  This is called expatriation, a foundation stone of the American Republic.  Expatriation is the voluntary act of abandoning allegiance from one's country, and becoming the subject, i.e. citizen of another.  That is what the American colonists did and fought the Revolutionary War to do.  Abandon allegiance to England and have allegiance to their former colony, now their state and which state banded together with other American states doing the same thing forming the Continental Congress to militarily support that purpose.  England said no, you cannot voluntarily do expatriation, and Americans died to demonstrate they could.  England got involved fighting Napoleon and the French nation.  The English navy needed men, and they commenced stopping American merchant marine vessels and claiming American sailors were Englishmen and removing them forcing them into the British navy.  Basicly a continued denial of the right of expatriation, you are still English and must fight Englands wars.  The USA fought the War of 1812 in defense of expatriation, they right to voluntary transfer allegiance, they were no longer Englishman with duties to England.  If Pakistani immigrants went through the process to immigrate and under public oath before proper authority swore allegiance to the USA and yet inwardly gave a false oath of allegiance then their US citizenship by naturalization is null and void by false oath.  Except they did not publicly disclose their retained allegiance, therefore they can be tried for crimes against the USA by the USA.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;US Constitution:  Article III, Section 3: - "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort" - &lt;br&gt;Enemies as used in this Section is Enemies in war.&lt;br&gt;If the USA is in a war de facto in Pakistan then those aiding and abetting the Pakistani enemies in war would make these Pakistanis guity of treason.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Since all kinds of comparisons are being made calling "illegal alliens" by the name "undocumented immigrants" and then make the comparison with Ellis island immigrants of say early 1900's it might be best to read a book written for legal immigrants of that era.  A free download of a scanned book intended for immigrants is available below.&lt;br&gt;Charles Z. (2) keep Troops; (3) keep Ships of War in time of Peace; (4) enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State of the United States; (5) enter into any Agreement or Compact with a foreign Power; (6) engage in War.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; Article I, section 10 has been invoked once in US History.  State of Maine Feb-May 1839, the Aroostook War.  The Federal government refused to defend the border of Maine with Canada (which was part of the British Empire).  Maine invoked Article I, section 10; 1970's was the era of college campus riots against the Vietnam war.  North Vietnam was militarily supplied by Communist China, Mao Tsetung's utopia a sinless Proletariat Garden of Eden.  Hence, the writers of the Ethnic Studies books have heavy Maoist presuppositions to them. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But the books also have something else.  They have picked up on Nazi Germany arguements and propaganda techniques.  This because the Ethnic Studies books promote La Raza Tribalism, the "Hispanic Race" as a tribe.  Nazi Germnay promoted the "Aryan Race" Tribalism.  Hence borrowing the same general arguements.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In addition Ethnic Studies promotes the coined myth of Aztlan, an ancient sinless land of Hispanics only which existed for 40,000 years and was finally corrupted by invading Satanic none Hispanics who conquers this idyllic Hispanic Tribal paradise.  This stuff is a direct copy of Hitlers ancient pre-Christian Germanic Tribes in perfect unity corrupted by evil sub-humans.  Both exploit "The Great Lie" method as groundwork to arrive at their respective conclusions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ethnic Studies also requires a belief in pure Tribalism and loyalty to the Tribe above all else.  Your born into the Tribe, loyalty is due only the Tribe, you can never leave the Tribe.  Thus you arrive at Greater Mexico, "Mexico is larger than its borders.  A denial of ability to expatriation.  This is modeled on Nazi Germnay and its Grosse Deutchland, Greater Germany, proclamations.  Your first loyalty is to Germanic Tribalism.  If of Germanic tribal origin, though living in Poland for say 100 years, your loyalty is to Germany, expatriation being denied as impossible.  Germany being synonomous with Adolf Hitler your loyalty is to Hitler.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Under Marxism the bourgeoisie is the great enemy of mankind.  This culminates in anti-semitism.  In Nazi Germany racial theory stated the Jew was the ultimate evil of sub-human, a corrupter of Gemanic Tribal souls.  Both teachings are extremely anti-semitic and Ethnic Studies borrows images of Nazi characturized Jews as the epitome of evil to the Tribe.  Example, the cover of a TUSD Ethnic Studies book:&lt;br&gt;"Mi raza primero!" The big deal was always when the US Social Security receiving retirees move to a foreign country.  Mexico was an especially lucrative operator here.  If the retiree had relatives in Mexico he could be convinced to move there and have his check mailed to Mexico.  The relatives would knock off the old boy or let him die of old age and simply not report his death.  There is no law in Mexico requiring that his death be reported to the US Federal government.  The US check keeps coming.  Forge the signature and cash it.  Eventually the forger is dying of old age and he would put in his will who inherits the US Social Security check.  And generations can keep receiving the check and cashing it.  Sometimes the retiree would write out a will leaving his US Social Security check to a family member.  They would forge the signature and cash it.  Now with direct deposit no one needs to forge the signature and the money keeps flowing in without hunderance.  It would be interesting to find out how much Siocial Security check monies is mailed to foreign nations.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It is almost standard proceedure in Mexico now to include the US Social Security checks as a part of a standard will.
