This entire program is much bigger than one professor. It is very well organized nation wide.

Ernesto Zedillo, former president of Mexico, on June 23, 1997 announce the Mexican Constitutional amendment allowing for dual citizenship. He expressed it in English as follows (transcribed):
“I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders. And that Mexican migrants are an important part, a very important part of it".

This is the Greater Mexico doctrine copied essentually from Adolph Hitler's Grosse Deutchland idea. Your loyalty is to your Tribe, essentually a Hispanic Volkdom, and then to Mexico independent of whether your a US citizen or not. US citizens of Hispanic and Mexican origin are encouraged to apply for their Mexican citizenship. This affirms their part of the Hispanic Volkdom.

Mexico asserts that Mexico represents also Americans who formally renounced their Mexican citizenship to become naturalized U.S. citizens. Mexico encourages persons (1) born in the United States to Mexican parents; or (2) naturalized U.S. citizens, to apply for their dual Mexican citizenship. Mexico does this in spite of the exclusive United States allegiance requirement of US citizens either under (1) allegiance by birth; or (2) pledged United States allegiance as a Naturalized American.

By the way the TUSD Ethnic Studies program is in violation of the UN treaty “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”, adopted in New York, December 9, 1948 and the United States was a signatory December 11, 1948. The treaty went in force January 12, 1951.

In this treaty Genocide is legally defined. The treaty states: “The Contracting Parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish ». The USA is a contracting party.

Article II of the treaty states in part : In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religions group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical
destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Article IV states: Persons committing genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in article III shall be punished, whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals.

Ethnic Studies violates Article II part b. Also bodily violence is done to targeted groups. The intent is to cause mental harm to those who are not a member of the Hispanic Volkdom. Specifically various groups targeted are American citizens and all who are any one of these - white/ Anglo-Saxon/ Protestant or Jewish/ European/ English speaking. Ultimately if given the power the programs teaching encourages all items of Article II to be violated on the targeted groups. The plan is appropriation of the land of the States of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado and Texas into a Hispanic Volkdom’s empire of Aztlan.

An “immigrant” is an individual who already has legal immigration status. They have allegiance to a foreign power, but have indicated a intent to transfer their allegiance to the United States and become US citizens. They have entered the USA legally. They bear a passport or other documents defining to whom their allegiance is currently pledged.

An “illegal alien” is an individual who has allegiance to a foreign power. They bear no passport or other documents defining to whom their allegiance is currently pledged. They have become illegal by illegal entry to the US. They have entered the USA illegally and violated US law. Illegal aliens have no status as immigrants nor legal status whatsoever. They are subject to immediate arrest as criminals.

“Illegal alien” is spelled “illegal alien”, not “undocumented immigrant”.
We are not having an immigration policy problem. We are having an illegal alien problem coupled to a failure to enforce criminal law against those making criminal illegal border entry.

Regarding the President, US Constitution: Article II, Section 1: “….Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will FAITHFULLY execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and DEFEND the Constitution of the United States."

US Constitution, Article IV, Section 4 excerpt: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and SHALL PROTECT EACH OF THEM AGAINST INVASION.

US Constitution, Article I, Section 10 - No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, UNLESS ACTUALLY INVADED, or in such IMMINENT DANGER as will not admit of delay

Article I, section 10 has been invoked once in US History. State of Maine Feb-May 1839, the Aroostook War.

As my comparison of so-called TUSD Ethnic Studies is to Adolf Hitler's Nazi National Socialism and its barbaric philosophical underpinnings, the word Volkdom is chosen from National Socialist literature of the day to enhance the Ethnic Studies simile. The word Volkdom being German and La Raza being the Spanish equivalent for puposes of each Tribalisms named cohesion.

The penalty for felony alien smuggling is a fine and up to ten years' imprisonment.

If the criminal smuggling or harboring results in the death of any person, the penalty can include life imprisonment.
Convictions for aiding, abetting, or conspiracy to commit alien smuggling or harboring, carry the same penalties.

All well and good except nobody enforces it in the TUSD. All Federal felonys. If in the course of harboring it results in the death of any person the penalty can include life imprisonment. If in the course of harboring serious bodily injury occurrs or places the life of any person in jeopardy, the penalty is a fine and up to twenty years' imprisonment.
TUSD Ethnic Studies encourages acts which can result in these events. Injury or death to white, Anglo-Saxon, English speaking Protestant people as well as Jews.

No one cares.

Augustin Cebada, Information Minister of Brown Berets, the militant paramilitary soldiers of Aztlan, a branch of the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (MEChA), was at a Independence Day rally in Los Angeles on July 4, 1996 where he publicly spoke to a crowd and said:

And so you have indoctrination of youth, no intellectual training, but indoctrination. The Hitler Youth or the Chicanos de Aztlán without weakness or tenderness, and not sentimental, but violently active, dominating, brutal youth. America's future through the public schools thereof.

If you want to know of public school indoctination then read the book by Erika Mann, "School for Barbarians" published originally by Modern Age in 1938. It is still printed and for sale. You can find an original 1938 copy on Ebay. It is about public schooling in Nazi Germany.

Erika Mann was the daughter of Thomas Mann and she was a public school teacher forced to teach Nazi barbarism as knowledge. Her father won the Noble Prise for literature (mainly to get him out alive from Nazi German). He was allowed to leave for Sweden to claim his prise and never went back to Nazi Germany. He was anti-Nazi and so was his daughter and he managed to get her out as well. They both were given entry to the United States and they settled in southern California where they rallied a group of equally anti-Nazi German intellectuals. They all helped with the American war effort in WW2. Proof of evolution (and Aryan evolution to uber-menshen) was demonstrated in the Nazi schools by bringing in less evolved unter-menshen in cages to lecture from. I recommend reading of barbarism presented as wisdom and science in "School for Barbarians" much of which is closely resembling TUSD Ethnic Studies.

Earth Day is pagan barbarism advanced as environmentalism. Mother Earth in the pre-Christian Mediterranian was supposed to have given forth life out of the dust. First were the Giants and Titans who came out of the dust of Mother Earth. Since pagans required a Mother and a Father based on observation of nature, the father of those coming out of the dust of the ground was the God Chaos, who was worshiped as the source of life. To become rejuvinated with renewed life you must periodicall abandon order which ultimately is destructive of life and return to Chaos, the God and source of life. The Roman Bachachanalia festival celebrated in the name of the God Bacchus was a drunken licentuous orgy where ordered disipline was abandoned for life renewing Chaos.

Evolution is essentually a modified version. Out of Earths distant past, in the primordial swamp and mud, through a fortuitous event of random chance, innate matter became animated and lo springeth forth a tailed man whom random chance smiles upon to produce....well you. Random chance does not produce a moral universe, for there is no right nor wrong, just more evolved forms with no purpose or goal, just more of them. Life comes from random chance, true art must come from random chance. One hurls oil paints randomly at a canvas to gain true art from random chance, and the art is equally meaningless for it means nothing.

Here are 2 Hitler Youth prayers. These prayers were mandatory not voluntary. All young males were required to join and be active members of the Hitler Youth by law. Hitler Youth meetings were always held every Sunday to prevent taking them to Chrisitan churches to become corrupted.

Folks are simply copying the old pro. He was in power for 12 years, by which time he had by his actions reduced Germany to rubble. A slight miscalculation there.

MEChA, a student group formed to become a Hispanic version of the old Hitler Youth as a motto: "For the race, everything, for those outside the race, nothing."

That is the plan of La Raza (The Race) which it isn't but technicalities don't bother people seeking power.

Look up this guy on the Internet: Jose Angel Gutierrez.

He is a Professor at the Univiversity of Texas at Arlington. He is the founder of the political party "La Raza Unida Party" (The Race United Party) at the University of California at Riverside in January 1995. He is a radical Marxist. He was a leader of student protest movements when in Arizona in 1967. He is one of the originators of the La Raza Ethnic Studies for public schools.

Featured on PBS, In Search of Aztlan, 2003.
Featured on PBS, CHICANO! The Mexican American Struggle for Civil Rights, Part III, 1998.

He promotes and supports the Reconquista of the American Southwest for La Raza only.
He has publicly stated that recent Mexican immigrants “…are going to have political sovereignty over the Southwest and many parts of the Midwest."

He has received The National Council of La Raza's Chicano Hero Award in 1994.
He is licensed to practice law in Texas since 1989 and member of the State Bar of Texas.

The school boards change the curriculum every year or so because (1) some of the parents find out what is in the currently used books so they change; (2) school book publishers make a fortune from public school systems. New books more profit. The book publishers contribute to political campaigns including those for school boards; (3) new books stay on top of the latest trendy cutting edge social good stuff and repulse the latest trendy social bad stuff. Remeber their are no absolutes. Therefore you must stay on top of "evolving truths" with new books and curriculum.

By the way you can get TONS of old books before 1924 scanned from original copies from:
www.archive.org and www.google.com

This includes school books used for centuries. Books on math, history, literature, US Constitution etc.
I like to download scanned orginal copies of things written, especially during the Revolutionary war for example. The stuff the folks fighting it actually wrote. Don't mince with the "politically correct" modified, new and improved, socially corrected" history. Read originals. You couldn't afford to buy this stuff.

Try McGuffy readers before 1850 by the way for school books.

AveritasDeo - Thank you. I am afraid my Latin has become a ragtag memory with only a smattering of Latin cognition left. It was one of my favorite subjects too. I wanted a good classical education as well as technical training. Hence lots more ancient Greek than Latin, but Latin was the educated persons language for 2000 years in Western Christendom. Without that and you cut yourself off from about 1900 years worth of learning and knowledge.
My Latin reply by the way was "without special permission of the King".

I am appalled at modern ignorance when the opportunities are so vast. I didn't eat dinners so I could buy old used books and be able to read them. Many books were unobtainable and others I simply couldn't afford. Today one can down load free scanned books off the internet. I have found books I never saw at any price, others that cost $ 6,000 for a 3 volume set printed in 1768. I now have them scanned for free. No younger person realizes this. 2000 years of instant information all available for the time it takes to download a free-bee. And we have high school students graduating who can't read or write.

I am infuriated with the TUSD propaganda operation called Ethnic Studies. It is a way to get class warfare going with young dumbies who believe the old radicals teaching it. Much of it is borrowed from various totalitarian dictatorship methods. In about 300 AD the city of Rome celebrated its 1000 year birthday. Ethnic Studies talks about Aztlan as some mythical Hispanic paradise devoid of sin which had been around for more than 40,000 years. No Aztlan antiquities extant, no scrolls, but white Anglo-Saxon, English speaking European Protestants destroyed this Utopia. This is part of Ethnic Studies, fantasyland. It reminds me of Hitler's unfied ancient German Tribes evolving from Aryans and bringing civilization to the worlds sub-humans.

Anyhooo, Socialism in America goes back a lot further. Horace Greeley owner of the New York Tribune was a Socialist. He hired Karl Marx in England to be his European reporter and Karl dispatched a weekly article to the Tribune until about 1862. Oddly enough the articles were from a Marxist perspective. Horace Greeley was the money bags for founding the Republican Party. It contained Athiest 1848'ers from Germany and the Athiestic and Biblical deviants of the Anti-slavery movement.

The Warrior - What I gave as a definition is a legal one. "Immigrants have legal status. They have legal status because they have gone through a legal process to enter the USA and in that process have indicated a very important fact, they plan to transfer allegiance to the USA. This is called expatriation, a foundation stone of the American Republic. Expatriation is the voluntary act of abandoning allegiance from one's country, and becoming the subject, i.e. citizen of another. That is what the American colonists did and fought the Revolutionary War to do. Abandon allegiance to England and have allegiance to their former colony, now their state and which state banded together with other American states doing the same thing forming the Continental Congress to militarily support that purpose. England said no, you cannot voluntarily do expatriation, and Americans died to demonstrate they could. England got involved fighting Napoleon and the French nation. The English navy needed men, and they commenced stopping American merchant marine vessels and claiming American sailors were Englishmen and removing them forcing them into the British navy. Basicly a continued denial of the right of expatriation, you are still English and must fight Englands wars. The USA fought the War of 1812 in defense of expatriation, they right to voluntary transfer allegiance, they were no longer Englishman with duties to England. If Pakistani immigrants went through the process to immigrate and under public oath before proper authority swore allegiance to the USA and yet inwardly gave a false oath of allegiance then their US citizenship by naturalization is null and void by false oath. Except they did not publicly disclose their retained allegiance, therefore they can be tried for crimes against the USA by the USA.

US Constitution: Article III, Section 3: - "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort" -
Enemies as used in this Section is Enemies in war.
If the USA is in a war de facto in Pakistan then those aiding and abetting the Pakistani enemies in war would make these Pakistanis guity of treason.

Since all kinds of comparisons are being made calling "illegal alliens" by the name "undocumented immigrants" and then make the comparison with Ellis island immigrants of say early 1900's it might be best to read a book written for legal immigrants of that era. Obama is a graduate of the Harvard School of Law, and presupposing the Harvard School of Law in fact actually teaches law, then Obama knows the law on illegal immigrants or knows how to find out what it is. In additon Obama is the chief of the executive department of the Federal government, the President. The duty of the chief Executive is to enforce the law. Congress legislates, the Federal courts adjudicate, the executive branch enforces. For this purpose the President has the Federal Department of Justice, lawyers to aid in doing just that. Obama is Commander and Chief of the military forces of the United States. Under the Posse Comitatus Act [United States federal law 18 U.S.C. § 1385 passed on June 18, 1878], the US Army was removed from civilian law enforcement and returned to its primary role of defending the borders of the United States. Obama has the authority, duty and power to defend the borders of the USA. Obama simply will NOT do so, though he took public oath to do so. I believe Obama can be impeached for his deliberate refusal (not ignorance) to perform the duties required of the Presidential office.

The Constitution provides for this contingency (US Constitution, Article I, Section 10) as I mentioned in my above posting. A state such as Arizona may unilaterally invoke this clause and return to itself the right of self-defense against invasion. What powers are those? (1)lay a duty on Tonnage, marine or land transported to fund its defense; (2) keep Troops; (3) keep Ships of War in time of Peace; (4) enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State of the United States; (5) enter into any Agreement or Compact with a foreign Power; (6) engage in War.

Article I, section 10 has been invoked once in US History. State of Maine Feb-May 1839, the Aroostook War. The Federal government refused to defend the border of Maine with Canada (which was part of the British Empire). Maine invoked Article I, section 10; Maine’s legislature appropriated $ 800,000 for military purposes to defend the border. Governor Fairfield called up 10,343 militia men, issued muskets, powder, and ball, brought out Maine artillery pieces and Maine’s army marched north to defend the border. Ultimately this meant Maine fighting the British Empire. The Feds and Canada settled the border problem by treaty.

The Warrior - But the laws are all there to protect US citizens lives, liberties and properties. The courts exist, the authority exists, the power ixist, the duty exists, what does not exist is the will of those holder the Federal government offics to defend American lives & limbs, liberties and properties. What I have pointed out earlier is that the States have the authority to defend themselves as a US Constitutional right. Arizona, New Mexico, California, Texas does NOT need the Federal civil government to be defended by invasion across their borders. This is NOT a theory as it has been done by Maine in US history. There never has been any written material saying that was contrary to law. It is in fact THE LAW, the State power of defense if the Feds don't do it. So what is needed is to get the immediately invaded States to act independent of the Federal government and defend themselves.

Legal has to do with procedures, lawfully has to do with substance. Invoking US Constitution, Article I, Section 10 by an invaded State is both legal, i.e. proper by form within law and lawful, a just equitable substantive act to defend life liberty and property of State citizens against foreign invasion.

You may NOT like history lessons, but history of Maine is the legal and lawful precident for this action as it is nothing new for the State right of self defense.

If you look close at the La Raza and the Tucson Unified School District materials used in so-called Ethnic Studies you will find this movement starts in the late 1960's and continues growing into the early 1970's. The writers of the Ethnic Studies books are products of direct confrontation and pro-Mao Tsetung version of Marxist-Leninism. The 1960's & 1970's was the era of college campus riots against the Vietnam war. North Vietnam was militarily supplied by Communist China, Mao Tsetung's utopia a sinless Proletariat Garden of Eden. Hence, the writers of the Ethnic Studies books have heavy Maoist presuppositions to them.

But the books also have something else. They have picked up on Nazi Germany arguements and propaganda techniques. This because the Ethnic Studies books promote La Raza Tribalism, the "Hispanic Race" as a tribe. Nazi Germnay promoted the "Aryan Race" Tribalism. Hence borrowing the same general arguements.

In addition Ethnic Studies promotes the coined myth of Aztlan, an ancient sinless land of Hispanics only which existed for 40,000 years and was finally corrupted by invading Satanic none Hispanics who conquers this idyllic Hispanic Tribal paradise. This stuff is a direct copy of Hitlers ancient pre-Christian Germanic Tribes in perfect unity corrupted by evil sub-humans. Both exploit "The Great Lie" method as groundwork to arrive at their respective conclusions.

Ethnic Studies also requires a belief in pure Tribalism and loyalty to the Tribe above all else. Your born into the Tribe, loyalty is due only the Tribe, you can never leave the Tribe. Thus you arrive at Greater Mexico, "Mexico is larger than its borders. A denial of ability to expatriation. This is modeled on Nazi Germnay and its Grosse Deutchland, Greater Germany, proclamations. Your first loyalty is to Germanic Tribalism. If of Germanic tribal origin, though living in Poland for say 100 years, your loyalty is to Germany, expatriation being denied as impossible. Germany being synonomous with Adolf Hitler your loyalty is to Hitler.

Under Marxism the bourgeoisie is the great enemy of mankind. This culminates in anti-semitism. In Nazi Germany racial theory stated the Jew was the ultimate evil of sub-human, a corrupter of Gemanic Tribal souls. So whats new? The big deal was always when the US Social Security receiving retirees move to a foreign country. Mexico was an especially lucrative operator here. If the retiree had relatives in Mexico he could be convinced to move there and have his check mailed to Mexico. The relatives would knock off the old boy or let him die of old age and simply not report his death. There is no law in Mexico requiring that his death be reported to the US Federal government. The US check keeps coming. Forge the signature and cash it. Eventually the forger is dying of old age and he would put in his will who inherits the US Social Security check. And generations can keep receiving the check and cashing it. Sometimes the retiree would write out a will leaving his US Social Security check to a family member. They would forge the signature and cash it. Now with direct deposit no one needs to forge the signature and the money keeps flowing in without hunderance. It would be interesting to find out how much Siocial Security check monies is mailed to foreign nations.

It is almost standard proceedure in Mexico now to include the US Social Security checks as a part of a standard will. You can afford it America !!!

And as the Federal Reserve is a private entity and NOT part of the Federal government, and as al these bonds are interesting bearing bonds, one wonders what the interest per year earnings of the Federal Reserve really are?

$1.413 trillion in Treasury securities the Fed owned at the end of April should bring in a tidy sum in interest. Fortunately since they are a private entity they must be paying income tax on that sum

Write your Congressional Representaves and ask them: "How much income tax does the Federal Reserve pay per year"?

No doubt you will be surprised.

Oh it is easier than that. In return for canceling the entire debt America owes to China the Federal government could give the Red Chinese the authority to guard America's borders for military defense purposes. Then we could disband our miltary as we would have tricked them into a contract in perpetuity. Ahhh our wiley politicians in Washington will eventually think of that. Imagine, debt free America well guarded by the Red Chinese military machine forever.
