Residence own their land not the road. Just because a minority are vocal doesn't mean it should stop what might be an easy improvement. If they want a gated community they need to move to Sahalee. Yes, that will mean smaller homes for some. It might be the best solution for them if they are that concerned about other tax paying citizens using roads.

25 for a residential street is perfectly reasonable but maybe it is time for the city to examine raising the speed limit on roads that are used as arterials (regardless of how the city classifies them) such as East Sammamish Pkwy.

Limiting I-90 to 2 general purpose lanes in each direction would be terrible for commuters.
