Sigh...I admit...Ive been an addict since that cycle Nyema won..Thalia bored the hell out of me, I'm sad Lauren didn't make it atleast to the final 4...Who do you think the last 2 standing should be? I'm rooting for Foe & Teyona/Celia...Im undecided about the last 2...I think I like Celia more.

Wow, can't wait to see the video..eating disorders..thats deep. You are right though, changing up your eating habits makes a drastic change...I went from 180 to 158 just by cutting out fast foods, soda, candy etc. Now I just need to tone up. I've been wanted to do a video about the type of weight loss people don't talk about...Preventing obesity, people wait till their 3,000+ to do something about it. What about the individual who is starting to gain weight and wants to cut it out before it gets out of hand

I'm glad to see your doing better and that you picked up a different routine. A friend of mine just told me about a gym here in new york that's doing $1 down payments and $10 a month for their service..although its kind of far from me I may inquire

Wow congrats!! I love to hear things like this and it sounds like an amazing idea as well. In essence not only would you be working for yourself but you will be giving back to others at the same time. I would say good luck but you don't need luck because your determined and things will definitely work out.
