I added facebook IM connecting to facebook friends, it works on Google chrome, not on IE or Firefox.

Where should I include the <div id="chat-wrapper"><div id="chat"> ..... in wp-admin/widgets.php

I manage my site http://announcexpress.com/mp to have a chat bar registered with meebo.
It chat doesn't appear, but the bar is there.
where the error could be?
