Zen Cup 5600x was list priced $299 by AMD but could not purchased for even $399 until recently. Quantity supplies are almost non-existent for any price for 5000 series CPUs. Only a few are available on eBay from price gougers. This is on 7 mm fab process, competing with GPU chips too. bring out new products when existing chips can't be produced is a disservice to the buyers by low balling prices. Chip shortage should have been anticipated given the demand history for 3000 CPU. AMD could have done a better job in its product announcement & release schedule.

Since Ryzen Zen 3 CPU are not available, should I go ahead with higher end Ryzen 3000 series CPU?
I am looking at B550 mobo 32 GB RAM 2TB hdd and 1Tb N.3 SSD drive, not sure of the GPU to get either looking at a $1200 build price. DO able? I usually don't play games other than MS 3d PinBall, solitare and MS Flight Simulator.

Being a hardware technician, I know that hardware generates a signal to the OS that the end of requested data has been reached. Effectively, it is an EOF without a specific character string. Other than mag. tape there is no physical end of data character written to the storage device. Any binary data can be written to storage device, so there can't be a specific EOF marker as part of the data. Mag tape knows where an EOT/EOF marker lies beyond the data portion on the tape. There is no EOF marker on a disc but length of data is written as part of the info file.

The only station left from the flyer is WGN radio 720 AM. When tv came around WGN-TV was born. But WGN started broadcast March 1924 and is nearly 100 years old under same call sign.
Only other known station is in Pittsburgh is older (1920) to my knowledge with same call sign.
