No, actually, my sense of humor is simply more in line with the "amir is
strange but his behavior is only mildly obnoxious and mostly geniusly
hysterical" kind of jokes.

jake and amir is not funny BECAUSE amir is stupid. seems to me that the last couple of videos have been of the "ha ha amir is dumb and annoying and that is HILARIOUS" variety and i do not find them hilarious.

There was a time where the plot of jake and amir episodes was something akin
to "here's a funny situation, and Amir is a character in the situation".

Lately Jake and Amir plots have been "Here's an unfunny situation made funny
by an annoying character."

Notable difference: Amir is the main joke now, when he shouldn't be. I don't
watch Jake and Amir to see Amir act stupid or silly (or sing violent femmes)
in regular situations (I have friends who can do things that aren't funny in
situations that aren't funny). I watch Jake and Amir to see funny things
happen to funny characters.

...not to see funny characters do boring things.

To reiterate: there was a time when Jake had more lines than exasperated
looks at Amir. Lately Jake is all exasperated looks.

Danke. I like disqus a lot. Or do you mean overall? If I just stick to my main 'pool' of music, that's about 1500 songs. An easy couple of years. It grows by about 100 songs a year. After that I could just do random other songs from my itunes library (20 gigs) or my whole collection (300 gigs)
so... the hard part will be picking a song every day, but even that is easy when you're picking from an initial pool of 1400 songs you know you love.

i think that is part of the joke, that eventually amir isn't even actually saying anything and just making facial expressions, especially obvious at the "IS IT?" where Amir isn't even looking at Sam and they're both making the same facial expression. Kind of makes sense though, because Amir's facial expressions are so exaggerated you can practially hear what he's thinking just from watching him move his face--OR MAYBE I AM JUST INSANE

i just recently bought a google phone.

our economy is fine.

besides everything dumb is dying, you know, like newspapers (we have the internet! who needs real journalism?) and car manufacturers (if American manufacturers weren't so focused on gas guzzling pieces of shit in the last 10 years maybe we wouldn't be at risk of losing millions upon millions of jobs), and retail chains (actually this isn't so bad, aside from the jobs, too many retailers anyway)... so who cares.
