There are different types of goals and they certainly have different values.

1. Tasks. These are typically sub-components of larger goals, often repetitive aspects of a larger process.
2. Products. Setting goals to develop products (physical or informational) is extremely important if you are going to succeed online.
3. Processes and Systems. The most important goal of any business is setting aside time to develop systems and processes. This is where you exponentially exploit your time.

...and of course...take time to chill and focus (recent post on my blog) backyard office

Thanks Trav.

Chris
Proud Owner of 3 Sticky Kids
Follow Me on Twitter (if you want to)

Re: Ultimate Twitter List for Online Marketers

I think it's more important to classify Ryan as a master of continuity (with proven NON-internet marketing sites). He also has valuable advice on list building and excellent pay-per-click advertising tactics (in tandem with Belcher).

You can check out their webinar on my blog along with some colorful commentary and a Twitter discussion I had with My Grumpy Pants himself (saltydroid).

Chris.
Proud Owner of 3 sticky kids
"Good Mojo is Good Business"
http://www.mojopath.com
http://www.twitter.com/mojo...

Re: Ultimate Twitter List for Online Marketers

Hey Trav,

Very clever post. I love it!

In my humble opinion, you should correct the comment about Ryan Deiss. Although he has a presence in Internet Marketing, it is his other online businesses that are where he really shines. www.3xmethod.com and www.foreximpact.com are just a couple. Ryan is a continuity titan and really only does launches because....why wouldn't you if you can make money there too.

I think Frank Kern and Mike Filsaime should probably be mentioned...although maybe they were left out because they are not as active on Twitter maybe? Frank Kern is the epitome of Charisma/Persuasion marketing. Mike is a great example of persistence success....you might not agree with his tactics, but what he has accomplished is phenominal.

Rich Schefren is in there....he is key.

You seem to be missing @mojopath though >:).

Great post Travisimo....it shall be retweeted.

Chris.
Proud Owner of 3 sticky kids
"Good Mojo is Good Business"
http://www.mojopath.com
http://www.twitter.com/mojo...

P.S. When you Login to your Disqus profile, anything you have typed is erased...not sure if you can fix that stuff.
