Go get the tine test. It's the one htat they stick you with what looks like a push-pin, but it has four prongs, instead of one. It will swell a bit and flare up, if you have been exposed to TB - that's all it test for. You need further testing to prove that you do/do not have TB.

Usually, you will not contract TB, unless you share small living/working space with someone who has active TB. You also need to be a bit unhealthy, as well. Avoid coughing people.

Well, not only was he wrong about killing himself, he was wrong about why we "rescued" car makers and banks. Because if they go, they pull the plug on all of us. Each of us is tied to at least one of those things; either by employment of loans or savings that the failure and collapse, of any of those huge capital universes, foretells of our own failure and collapse.

Sometimes the Federal government needs to intervene when market forces cannot fix the problems. Just look at the lessons learned from the Great Depression - Government intervention and debt, are a necessary part of economic survival. Take a longer view, and have just a bit more faith. It will work out. It always does. It may not be perfect, or to our liking, but it will work out. We can always fix/change what we don't like.
