As an Administrative Assistant this added feature would allow the Adm Asst and manager for whom she manages meeting and daily rework of those meetings - have a place to instantly trk all changes, action items associated to an individual meeting notice. Right click - view comment - instant tracking and follow up.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was in a class yesterday with 30 of my peers looking at "what's new in Outlook 2007" - and this suggestion recieved overwhelming agreement and yahoos! from everyone.  Admins would definitely benefit from such a functionality - Microsoft would get rave reviews for this addition.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">mlablett</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 12 Feb 2009 09:21:20 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
