I'm new to your site - just happened upon it today.  So here's my question to you and anyone else who may see this post:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm not a developer and I'm wondering if there are any pre-packaged social netoworking solutions that you can recommend.  I'm specifically looking for something very professional looking - think job board with social network feel to it or maybe linkedin'ish.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've happened upon socialgo and ning.
