I'm 26, and neither married nor with kids. But I've been a fan since 2001 when I was 14, I literally grew up in the fandom, wasting away my highschool years in the SHCJ forums... Shinhwa was the kpop group I taught myself Photoshop for so I can make wallpapers/icons/banners/graphics to show my support...

I have since gone to college and now a registered nurse. Dont have that luxury of time to sit & keep voting like a crazed young fan anymore, but that doesnt mean my live for my oppas have diminished. Venus is damn catchy and It Hurts is just fuckin amazing --

I'm so glad that Shinhwa's doing this comeback for their loyal "orange princesses" Mad respect right there.

episode 2 is out already ^^

i think that to really appreciate this you have to keep your expectations low. i mean like two of the F4 members are first time actors, and GHS... while she's a somewhat experienced actress, this type of genre has never been her forte... she's been doing mostly mature roles like historical dramas lately...

yeah, KHJ was kind of stiff as Jihoo/Rui... in some shots he kinda has this "deer and headlight" gaze that makes him look more lost and clueless than mysterious (something that Shun was very capable of doing)... he pawns the prince-like look tho. The boy just needs to step up, or else he'll look very pale against Joonpyo's presence.

Kim Bum!! he's so adorable... he has this innocent smirk that makes u think he's not really that innocent, hahah. I hope he gets more screentime in the next episodes... I'm rooting for the Eejung/Gaeul pairing already!

Lee Minho... omfg. (as evidence by my picture spamming of him)... I'm sold on his Joonpyo/Domyouji... amazing how he has that self-righteous arrogance down, and still manages to look menacing enough. (plus he is a cutie pie) I wasn't too much of a fan of MatsuJun's overt shouting in HYD 1.

Hmm, anyways like I said... best to just enjoy this version for what it is. I basically approach it the same way I do with the Twilight series... you gotta suspend belief for a while to fully enjoy it.
