I have not seen your blog in a loooong while. Glad you are all set and happpy, feeling fab.
Since this is the first Ive read since just after you went on to dairy I am curious if you are making your readers aware of the atrocities against even "grass fed", "free range", "cage free" livestock? Maybe you yourself search out local micro farms that ACTUALLY treat their cows, goats, and chickens etc with compassionate pro-natural living circumstances/ treatment? But Im sure many of your readers (obsessed first with health as many of us have been) are not aware that today farmers are loop-holing their way through these "PC terms" listed above....and the animals are being horrifically abused even if the grocery store product label looks convincingly wholesome.
Everyone in leadership positions in the raw food movement should have by now seen EARTHLINGS. So Im sure you have. Please use your popular public position to create awareness for the truths of what violence is behind MOST ALL animal products....if you have not done so already. Do it again and again!
Peace and love to you brother.
www.earthlings.com
Will Tuttle on World Peace- http://www.youtube.com/watc...

Re: http://www.tribeofheart.org/sr/sr_witscreeningroom_english.htm

This is the first footage that I could ever watch of the animals suffering. I have been vegan for 7 yrs. I am so in love with Edie Lama; in love with him as I am all animals and all my brothers and sisters. We are all unified together in our experience of separation and individul suffering BUT it is action like this that reverses that expereince and transforms it into unification through love, compassion, respect and forgiveness. "There is a school of philosophy that defines a miracle as a change in perception." Eddie changes his perception, changed his life, and now thru action changes the perception and lives of his human family (and furry family). He is bringing forth MIRACLES.
Now picture children and adults caught in those spring traps; because that is happening too in metaphore. We see others as separate from our Self and advocate killing and suffering as bystanders and often direct participants UNAWARE that another persons suffering, pain and death is also our own if we generate it or put up with it. I am just coming to the realization that it is my duty to take action against these inhumane atrocities rooted in fear, anger, hatred, personal gain, vanity, individual "power" - EGO. As long as I just stand by thinking "that is their problem" I will feel all ther fear and suffering that exists myself in one form or another. Now I must decide how to participate in healing humanity.
THANK YOU EDDIE!

Re: A Green Birthday :)

BEST HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY MRS.
