Okay, I just heard back from the Better Business Bureau and was informed that they can not pursue the case because Popular Club filed for bankruptcy. Anyone got any ideas on what to do next?

Hey all, I have done some investigating and found out that Fingerhut did not buy Popular Club. I called Fingerhut and the person there that they did not buy Popular Club and that they are in no way affiliated with them. I have put in a complaint with the Trenton, NJ Better Business Bureau. If you wish to do the same log onto their website @ www.trenton.bbb.org then just follow the instructions. I think that the more of us that do this the better chance we will have of getting this resolved.

I have been a Club Secretary for 20 years, when I called Popular Club in May I was informed that they were making changes & we would be able to place orders come June. I tried to call in June & was got the message that the call could not be completed as dialed. What happens to the Secretary Rewards & the Dividends that I and my members have? I have been told to call the Attorney Generals Office & they will advise me where to go from there. It looks like Popular Club has made a lot of people angry & they may be looking at a lawsuit from all Secretaries
