We currently use BaseCamp for our Media Department for Projects and LOVE it. I just started implementing it with weekend service prep/communication between Production, Media & Music. Do you guys 1) create a new "Project" for each weekend 2) create a new "Project" for each teaching series and keep discussions there OR 3) Create ONE ongoing "Project" and everything just goes in there?

Another Podcasts app i started using is Pocket Casts. It has the cleanest UI out of all Podcast apps. No desktop version thought, which Downcast does have.

We have had no problems with fire alarms going off ever in our building. We have had though our air units shoot down in the past with our old Uniques due to the air returns pulling in to much haze. That will shut off the air briefly, but will not notify any local fire department.

We have separated the lighting to way under what should be tripping the breaker. It tripped today with just the LED's plugged in. We are looking into something faulty this upcoming weekend.

thanks Trip. The camera ops knocked it out of the water... and our floor camera, Zach, was his first Sunday running a mobile camera. Though he has been a video director for about 3 years before

Thanks Brad... using Pro Presenter, as usual, helped us create this video. I am still working on the Alpha Module with our system, but still having trouble with the genlock.

Also I received your email and I am free to talk after lunch, I replied back.

At the very top right of the page there are four boxes and one is "Planning Center Online". If you click on that box that will take you straight to the website.

And I may create a page here that has the team (roster) for the weekend updated each Monday. But Im not sure about that b/c I do not want people to start looking here for their schedule, but everyone needs to log into their personal Planning Center account.

But that like is at the top. I may turn it into a .gif file and have it rotate images to say "click here for schedule" or something like that
