Nice shoes! I met Richard wearing them at an event a while back and I remember when Rafer bought his long ago. Now, believe it or not, my girlfriend has Five Fingers (don't tell your wife!). She's the first female I've seen with them on.

"chi-running" is interesting, but I wish that site you linked to had a free video demonstration. Too much info to sift through. Maybe you could do a quick and simple video showing the right form? I'll video you if you swing by GG Park. :)
