No, I didn't bring my hat! And also, I don't have Schleck's climbing legs! So, I took Phil's advice just kept changing the gears down and keeping myself at the same cadence instead. I'm good on the downhill though!

What a poorly worded piece of legislation!

The only way I can read it so that it makes sense is like this:
‘However, a person (Jack) does not carry out conduct under duress if the threat is made by or on behalf of a person (Jill) with whom the person (Jack) is voluntarily associating for the purpose of carrying out violent conduct.’
