I agree Michael's mother was much less than a tigress and I remember very well his sister La Toya calling him a criminal during the time of the allegations against him. He spoke about forgiving his father in his Oxford speech. It's easy to say he should have done this or that when nobody walked in his shoes for a minute.

Michael always inspired me to be a better person regardless his so called eccentricities.
At the end of the day I only care about his wonderful work and soul. May he find that special place with no sorrow he had always looked for.

SoCalGal, when Michael entered the court house to hear the verdict his expression was that of a man with a broken soul. I can't forget the sadness in his eyes, not knowing if he'd be allowed to go back to his children. I admire him for many reasons and one of them is that he survived that nightmare.
On the stage he was a monster and yet seemed so fragile out of it.
The role of the media in society is out of track for a long time. It's all about money and it's a shame. I don't see a line in the horizon to revert this but I truly hope I'm wrong.

I wonder how the likes of Bashirs and Murdochs can do so much harm and got away with it. This is not fair at all. I have passed your article to my friends and I know they'll do the same. Being the same age of Michael, I grow up singing his songs and never doubt for a moment he was innocent. I'm glad so many people are now being able to know his wonderful work.
