This cover is brilliant! I want this book to continue as Deadpool corps because I will miss these absolutely beautiful covers.

The issue was good for a chuckle but it does seem to have a but of a formula now. Though issues 1 and 2 of DP crops has the exact same structure.

Don't bother arguing with Bandito. Nothing Way could ever do will be good enough for him.

Don't get me wrong. I really don't like Way. I think he has one good issue every handful but I at least give him credit when credit is due.

Wolverine and the X-men was canceled. Also the "Deadpool 2" is only a rumor right now. It probably won't happen and if it does then it will probably take at least a year or so to make.

X-men Origins is a series of one shots. All the ones I have read have been very good. Not every one focuses on an X-man but they all focus on X-men characters so Deadpool does fall in that category.

Yeah I didn't have my choreographer for this one. So I tried to make the fights as funny and character driven as possible.

"In the Marvel Universe Handbook style, this one-shot has everything you need to make sense of Deadpool" but yeah what you said makes sense. I still feel as though they messed up by not putting them in there. I remember finishing it and saying "hey, where's cable? I must have just missed him... no he's not here... what?"

The problem with that statement is that you are confusing physical strength and mental strength and independent with bitchy. Deadpool choose her out of some strange sense of respect. He wanted her to break so badly to prove she is as weak as he (sort of like the Joker and Batman (or Two-face in The Dark Knight)) but she became a pillar of strength and inspired him to become a better person.

And yes. Bea Arthur would have been perfect for the role. She had that sort of majestic since in the way she moved. She was a real class act, as is Al. Betty White is a sweet old lady. Al should have a sort of masculine sense to her. In fact, I'm sure pool fool was not the only one who thought she was a man at one point. Yet another reason Bea could have rocked the role. She was always the most masculine of the GGs. Glen Close seems like she COULD work but I think there is a better fit out there. But where? WHERE I ASK THEE?

Deadpool kidnaps her before Deadpool #1. You never see it actually happen. It is referenced that he is on a job at the time though. She is one of the few hostages who does not give in to him and does not seem scared. Wade, being the deranged maniac he is, gets furious with this. After all is said and done, he takes her and forces her into being a long term hostage. He wants to break her spirit but he never does. One day she tries to escape. She runs to an old friends house only to find Deadpool beat her there and brutally murdered him saying "Don't ever leave me again" by this time, Deadpool had gotten so attached to her company that he was lost without it. From that day on she never tried to escape A: because she had no where to go B: because she knew how dangerous Wade was and how much better off he (and the world) is if he has her around. So out of sympathy she stays. Later, Deadpool makes a wager with her and she wins, gaining her freedom. Though somewhere down the road they became somewhat friends as Al started seeing the more sympathetic side of Deadpool and knew under all that emotional baggage he wasn't a "bad" guy. So they see each other occasionally (meaning once basically).

The thing is Al isn't a sweet old lady. She's a strong independant woman. That's what made it so powerful that Deadpool choose her to hold hostage.

That won't do anything. What people have to do is not buy anything and everything Deadpool. I am guilty of this too. I had every appearance about 3 years ago. And didn't want to lose that record. But it's gone to far. I'm not supporting it anymore like this.
