ahh there it is, "http://yourapp.com/hooks/email" is the url to use. Thanks.
You might want to update the blog post, as it says to use “http://yourapp.com/process”

Great feature. I went to enable it, but ran into errors of the sort,
No route matches "/process" with {:method=>:post}

However, looking thru the source code it looks like the magic should be at
project.hooks 'hooks/:hook_name', :controller => 'hooks', :action => 'create', :method => :post

which leads me to believe that the proper hook url path would be /hooks/post_from_email
That seems to have eliminated the errors, but the conversations still are not getting posted. Is there another step that needs to be taken?

Im not sure why, but this demo doesn't seem to work right in any of my browsers (flirefox or safari on Mac 10.5) It actually made both unresponsive to the point I had to force quit. I tried it in ie and firefox on windows and it seemed to work fine there, however that defeats the cross platform aspects of browser based app. Hopefully it can be made to run reliably cross platform.

This project sounds awesome. I've been wanting to get something like this setup for awshile now. Thanks :-)
I notice that the code specifices an engines aray:
engines: ['js']

would it be difficult to enable
engines: ['ruby']
perhaps using jruby?
