I also do not believe in butchering woman....as they so often do, telling us that it is 'no big deal'. I have been making the green shakes as you suggested, and juicing quite a bit. I am still trying to figure out how to balance my day with the proper foods. I usually have a shake, vegan based in the morning, and am now also making 2 green shakes a day with Kale, Spinach and the like. I am on the thinner side, so concerned that I may feel weak, and find that I am often lightheaded or dizzy. I will be getting some blood tests, to check iron levels and the like, but wondering how you plan your day. I am grateful that there are people like you who do not go the orthodox route and take control of their own health. If this is HPV, then my concern is why my body has not been able to fight it, and what I can do to assist it. I also want to have children soon and am frightened at the thought of having my cervix burned, frozen or lighted with electrical current. I will be looking into the products you suggested and hoping to be able to order them in Canada. I have tried the Yeast Arrest and found it interesting that my pap came back normal during that time and then went back to abnormal after i stopped.

Thanks so much!
Balanced

Re: Girl’s Corner:The story of how I reversed cervical dysplasia, got rid of high risk HPV and candida by adopting a raw vegan alkaline diet

Hi Michelle,

Just wondering how everything went.

Re: Girl’s Corner:The story of how I reversed cervical dysplasia, got rid of high risk HPV and candida by adopting a raw vegan alkaline diet

Thank you so much for this great information. I live in Canada, Toronto specifically and looking for a doctor who can help with this issue. I have been a fan of holistic medicine for years, and this is not a far stretch from what I already do. I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction in terms of doctors/naturopaths. Also, I was wondering what you are on now for maintanence, in order to prevent the virus from once again affecting your cervical tissues? Thanks so much for your response and continued good health
