445 is because it takes me a solid 15 mins to just get out of bed! Then? From 5-6am = I make my bed, brush my teeth, put my contacts in & drink coffee. Then I watch the news & scroll through Facebook & InstaGram. From 6-7am I “get ready” for the day = shit, shower, shave, makeup, hair. Start my car at 7am to warm up. Leave my house at 715 = get to work at 8am! But when the 1st patient is scheduled for 8am? I have to add an extra 1/2 hour to my wake up time & start even earlier!

However, do you wanna know what’s weird? I AM NOT A DAY PERSON! But, for some reason, with this career? I’d rather wake up & work super early mornings instead of staying up late and work nights!
