I really hate that the US version mixed former reality stars together with newbies. The UK and AU versions had all newbies, and was so much better to watch. I wish they would have gone the other way for US season 2 and had all newbies so there was a level playing field.

I have the same problem! Mine is concentrated more on the heels, but I also have deep cracks that make it painful to walk. I recently discovered Heel Tastic, one of those "as seen on tv" products. I tend to assume those things are crap, but I did a little research and decided to try it, and OH MY GOD. This stuff rocks. I've been using it for a little over a week and I've seen a huge improvement. I've used it in conjunction with my Ped Egg, and the first few nights I put it on and wore socks overnight, but now I can just put it on my feet without. The only thing I don't love is the smell. It is a strong ginger smell, but I suppose it could be worse. You can buy it online, but I just went to Bed, Bath, & Beyond for mine. I wondered that too! At first I thought they were saying his name was Mike, and that they were slurring the s in "is" when saying "this ismike" I couldn't believe that that was actually his name.

I understand that to you, an ideal weight is 125, but you really should know that you are so much closer to having a great body than you realize. I am also working on losing weight, and I have a MUCH farther journey ahead of me. I am thisclose to 5' 4" and my goal was originally 130, which is smack dab in the middle of what is ideal for my height (119-145). Since then though, I have decided that my goal will be 145. I think I like being a little curvier, and if I'm honest, guys have responded more to me when I was curvier, then when I was 130. I look at your pictures and think, "she's sooo close to exactly what I want to look like!" So anyway, that's just my two cents. :)

EDIT: It sounds like I'm losing weight for guys here...partly true, but I also like the way I look with a few curves!

I sprained my knee a few weeks ago, and I remembered something Jillian Michaels said on one of her workout videos - that if you have knee or ankle injuries, the best workout you can do is punches. You just stand with knees slightly bent and punch. Pretty simple, and it gets your heart rate up without further injury. Also, I've had plantar fasciitis and it sucks. It took me months to get rid of it.
