Thank you Kate! I have been alcohol free for 47 days after trying for about a year to control over drinking with various unsuccessful “rules” and “regulations”. :) I did not hit rock bottom but hit my own personal bottom and that was enough. I know I need to do the work to find out exactly why I turned to drinking to have long-term success. I also know that I need a community. Do you think this program will benefit someone that has already been sober for a little while but wants to dig deeper into understanding why and how it all got out of hand? So far - I have been very alone in my journey so thank you!

I love Mad Men too! I find the culture and style of the 50's so interesting. Not to mention, Don is pretty hot! I have yet to miss an episode since it started...I keep telling alex to join the bandwagonn too! :)

I watched this last night...yet I have to admit Alex was not interested. ;) The whole time...I kept thinking there was something familiar about it....and I just couldn't figure it out.
