Case #00027792: "[wiredepicenter] Re: TED 2011: The 'Panda' That Hates Farms: A Q&
A With Google's Top Search Engineers" has been created. You can refer to this case number when speaking to us on the phone.

We'd like to remind you that live support is a paid option. Support can be purchased on-line at our store at https://store.untangle.com/....

We have posted several known issues and fixes here: http://wiki.untangle.com/in... please visit this page to see if it addresses your issue.

In order to help us process your request, please respond to this email with the key from your Untangle system. This information can be found by clicking on "Config" in the web interface and selecting "System Info."

Please send the line that starts with "UID:" (On older versions, it's labeled "Key:"). Optionally, you can include the Build: information as well.

It can also help speed the support process if you enable access to your system by our support team. You can do this under Config->System by checking "Allow secure access to your server for support purposes." This provides our support team with diagnostic access to your system.

Free support and troubleshooting information is available on our wiki at http://wiki.untangle.com and our forums at http://forums.untangle.com.

Thank you,

Untangle Support

-------
ref:00D31Ftb.5006BitMA:ref Please include this text in your reply.

Re: TED 2011: The ‘Panda’ That Hates Farms: A Q&A With Google’s Top Search Engineers

Your criticism about google's spam detection would be more effective if you weren't actually link spamming in the actual criticism.

Re: Getting Spammed by an anti spam company

Steve,

You have heard from one member of Untangle here already, and if you have revisited the Untangle forum since your posting there, your posting has received multiple comments. You can look at those if you wish at http://forums.untangle.com/.... I also work for Untangle -- in Technical Support -- and have identified the source of this and am working to resolve it as soon as I can establish a dialog with the owner of the Untangle server. The server in question is configured incorrectly, causing you to receive the Quarantine Digest which you referenced instead of the spam which you would have received otherwise. I will attempt to show them how to block the spam without causing you further confusion (which all of us at Untangle apologize for). By the way, thank you for providing enough information in your screenshots to allow me to identify them quickly.
