hmm ... Jack Jack has a vast array of superpowers on his side, coupled with a basic sense as to how to use them ...

But Yoda has 900+ years of expericence with The Force and with the Younglings that he taught at the Jedi Academy for about that same time. I'd say that would make him as the penultimate babysitter.

He'd probably be able to get Jack Jack to sleep.
