The comments on this article are absurd.
I saw more people abusing the handicapped entrances when we were at disneyworld two weeks ago than actual handicapped people using them

The change is a good thing. Its not making disabled guests wait in the line like the rest of us, but it does not give them immediate access to the rides. Its much like the new fastpass+ that they are rolling out (which is a huge improvement as well).

Its hard to explain to your five year old why you have to wait 30 minutes to ride a ride when someone who does not appear to have any issues and all 15 people in their party get to go right to the front of the line.

You can't say that if you've never done a high adventure activity like backpacking at Philmont, canoeing in the Canadian wilderness at the Northern Tier or sailing and diving in the keys at Sea Base.

The Jamboree is a strenuous activity that requires a lot of walking, climbing, hiking, running and other activity that out of shape people can't handle.

I think the issue being made out of this is really out of context and should be looked at. The headlines would read instead 10 scouts dead from exhaustion at National Jamboree.

It wasn't a bad movie at all, and while I'm not sure about the "pipsqueek" meal at iHop, I think the advertising tie ins are the least of worries.

The bigger issue should be the cost of movies. For 6 people we spend $50 on tickets and another $24 on 2 Medium popcorns and 2 medium Icees. So it cost us ~$75 for 6 people to go see an hour and a half movie. My wife and I talked about it after the movie and next time, we'll wait until it comes out at redbox and rent it for $3.

I had a laptop running the 9.10 RC and I upgraded to the full release the other night. Things are flawless on there (well, suspend works as well as suspend can...).

There was a minute or two with out wireless, but that was fixed by running an update.

I've been very pleased with Ubuntu.

I actually like the size of the laptop. I'm using an HP 2230s and I like the smaller form factor (which is something I didn't think I would like as my old laptop was a 17").

Plus, the battery life kicks ass!
