Thanks for the such a meaningful and amazing post for employers and applicants.
AI for recruiting represents a boon for recruiters if it can successfully automate time-consuming, repetitive tasks such as screening resumes or scheduling interviews with candidates.
But AI isn't going to replace recruiters. It's designed to enhance your recruiting operations, not replace them.

There are so many others AI-enabled TMS and Applicant tracking Software like Zoho .

Thanks for sharing the meaningful post.
Recently i have got sudden spike in traffic for my client website!

As you know.. Some bots can be malicious, for example those used for the purposes of credential stuffing, data scraping, and launching DDoS attacks. Even some of the more benign ‘bad’ bots, such as unauthorized web crawlers, can be a nuisance because they can disrupt site analytics and generate click fraud.

When any promotion is going on Facebook or Instagram the target URL opens in the in-app browser on the device ('Android web view' for Android device and 'Safari in-app' for iOS device). In that case, it may be considered as direct traffic if that platform uses a preloading strategy. That leads to visits as well as bounced session.

So, My suggestion would be to use a URL builder with the right utm_source and utm_medium to avoid such confusions. And we need to find out the source URL ip address to block. !
