They should build this up for months and months. get all of geekdom to get on board then Helen Mirren becomes the Doctor for one episode and is immediately killed off in Monty Python fashion and replaced by some random British dude.
Alternatively they should make River Song (Alex Kingston) the next doctor. Although she is supposed to Amy Pond's daughter, it's more likely she's the doctor "lying" and the reason she could kill him and he's still alive.
i could go on but my who geekness is starting to peak for the day.

UPDATE: we broke these pickles out for our bbq this weekend during the Bluegrass Festival in our park this weekend. They are tasty and were a big hit. This is giving us encouragement to keep the gardening and caning going!

looks like the area of Palos Verdes, CA (Portuguese Bend) that they are constantly "repairing" due to slides and unstable ground. If this is indeed real it won't last either!
Amazingly fast work either way. (again assuming this is real)
