It's sad to see that we still continue to place a black man's face all over the news when he is still yet to have had his court date. It's a great crime because now every black man will have to bow his head as others gaze and accuse based on color. The fact is other races do not well see distinction in black American men. Therefore what we get here is purely unintended racialism. There needs to be an immediate law and mandate by Obama that no black man can be shown on the news doing something wrong. Just like we have for our children.

This is the result of two things: People driving way too fast and the second very big reason is no toll roads. We need toll roads to pay for better medians higher concrete medians to keep stray moving vehicles from hopping the wall and going in to on coming traffic. Plain and simple if you don't want to pay a toll then don't drive!

Just like the toll roads in Houston that are supposed to be free now. But we cleverly found a way through our crooked law process to lie to the citizens of Houston and amend the original document saying they would be free to where they will never be free through a construction clause. Lets see umm put an orange cone out there...there you go...ope see we cant make it free yet we are still completing the project.

Sounds like your brain is warped. An innocent video in our present day liberal schools can be seen as a criminal one. Just like the kids that get into trouble for taking a Bayer aspirin to school. The fact is these schools way over react on anything and especially something like this. All a girl has to do in the mall, in the hall, anywhere is say you did something like this and you will be arrested quickly and assumed by all as guilty. The article and video never mention that he is guilty or admitted to anything. Do you see how folks jump to conclusions on stuff like this.

Well yeah but first learn to read. The article says, "(In) a classroom setting, I can only imagine -- it being a uniformed school -- that there were skirts involved and improper video," said Siemens.- So let me guess we are now so cop happy that even if a policeman imagines something then it must be fact. Him imagining something should not be grounds for a charge against this teacher not to mention a damaged reputation if he is innocent. Its really easy as general public to sit back and say ah this guy is guilty. But that being so; you had better hope no one ever charges you with anything true or false of this nature. It is easy to go and make a charge of this nature against anyone and have them arrested.

If they get charged on the capitol murder case and found guilty which I am sure there is evidence then they should each get the death penalty. I wish they would call common folks to carry it out like they do jury duty. I would be first in line to give them their injection of air for killing this police officer in the line of duty. First I would tape their mouths shut and dishonor their ability for any last words because they are not even worthy of this.

However we must also strive to remind them that they are bound by the same laws of the land that we are and are not above the laws that they enforce especially disregarding decency laws engaged with the aide of a badge that is purely disgusting.

You can tell you are a cop. Why does being a peace officer entitle you to pull over who ever you please? It doesn't at all. You are only supposed to pull someone over to protect the public not to get some pretty girls personal information and call her later to flirt with her. My dad was a Texas Highway Patrol for 32 years and he would turn over in his grave a million times before he would ever do something to the likes of this.

And hats off to this young lady for having the courage to come forward on this I hope if there are others they will come forward too so he can get more counts and upgrade it to a 3rd degree felony if appropriate.

He not only should be fired he should be prosecuted and jailed. He disregarded a court order. If he did that then It may lead one to believe he did contact her after he used his badge to pull her over. He got a big power head and started thinking he could do whatever he wanted is what happened. He ought to be charged with a first degree felony of indecency if he used his badge to get this ladies personal information and then tried to flirt with her on that information. Let it be a good lesson and highly televised for all other officers to see what can happen.

Exactly they should have to refund every single one of them and anyone put in jail the city or county should have to reimburse but no law suits allowed on that note. A hypocrite should not be allowed to uphold any law therefore all his prior arrests or null and void of this folly and indecency.

I agree on that one and they are not perfect and they are not above the law just because they enforce the law and they are sworn to strive for peace not be a big bad wolf bully with a gun and badge. Fortunately most do this as my father did. But these young cops today abuse this power of authority in so many disgusting ways.

Exactly..disgrace behind the badge because so many do-gooders out here think cops can do no wrong and are always right. The Blue shield is where it all starts this so called code of silence goes against the very oath that they are all required to take. To me if they see another cop doing wrong they need to obey the law and make the arrest period if they are a good cop.
