I didn't know how many kids to expect at our first Halloween in this neighborhood. I spent about $25, but its all good candy that we eat (though we shouldn't). We were going to stay home and hand it out but instead went door to door with a friend. We left the candy in a bowl at the door, and there was still a good amount left when we got back. These TN parents raise their kids not to be greedy. In Florida the first kid probably would have taken the whole bowl, ha!

Re: Fishing On Turkey Lake

That is pretty cool that you can rent a boat like that. There was a time period in high school when I was "in to fishing". I would watch the fishing shows on tv and wanted one of those boats.

Re: Happy Birthday Steven!!

Feliz Cumpleanos!

Re: Party Extravaganza

I miss you guys :/

Re: Not Liking SharePoint

I have not used SharePoint myself but it is heavily used in business. I imagine that your check-in/out process is for version control. So that they can view revision history on a document. In case somebody screws it up after an edit. It is a pain in the daily use, but it is well worth it if a bad scenario comes up.

Re: THE WII IS HERE!!!!

Be sure to configure it to your wireless router and get a copy of MarioKart and we can race each other online!

Re: Hello World

test comment

Re: 2 Years and Counting…

Feliz Anniversary :)

Re: Happy Birthday Kristen!!

Feliz Cumpleanos!

Re: Wow! If you know what you want your future to be and have the option sooner then why start later? That's how Katie and I ended up moving to Tennessee. We were on vacation and pondered what the job prospects were so I posted a resume and had an interview and offer a few days later. Just post a resume in Charlotte and see if you get any hits. You don't have to take any interviews or offers until you are ready.

Leaving the family is a concern too, but how many times a year do you see them now? Maybe in Charlotte, you will need to travel by plane instead of car, but you can still see them. Who knows, with you and your sister out of state, Steve, your parents may consider moving north like Kristen's family did.

Just the thoughts of one hombre, no pressure :)

Re: Peep Show (x-rated)

That's awesome

Re: RIP

I'm so sorry Kristen.
