a legal cannabis industry being one of Harper's legacies is a fallacy. as one of those people who fought in the courts (r v. mernagh) I can assure you the government in no way is rolling over. the number of applications the minister of health has personally disapproved is not mentioned in your article. the minister is cherry picking companies and keeping people who fought in court out of the discussion. Health Canada has never sat down with me or my legal team.

Agreed. New voting methods and eliminating first past the post are required. Marketing to the demographic is critical too. Marketing in traditional methods won't work. Alas increasing youth vote turn out has been an issue for 20 years. Voter turn out when important issues are dealt with does increase amongst youth.
