Well the good news is that it is probably going to take a herculean effort by one of those two badasses to pull anything off against the Wings. So either we get another banner in Joe Lewis, or an epic Cup series that helps rebuild the league.

Lets not forget though, that the sooner OV and Crosby become consistent rivals, trading off Stanley Cup finals trips with one another, the sooner Tuesday Night hockey comes back.

Weekday hockey on ESPN. Remember how awesome that was? Gary Horne and Bill Clement were my favorite color commentary team in all of sports.

Uh Oh... I am actually impartial as long as the series goes 7 games and both players dominate. I am all for either team winning the Cup(I know I know, I am a Wings fan but the league needs one of the young stars to win).

That said, I think OV1 is more entertaining because he is a nut job and a more prolific scorer.

I already love this years tourney more than any other in recent memory, because it has reinvigorated my love for the game. The tourney bracket is such a great equalizer. You justifiably get to be a band wagon fan of any team you pick, or cinderella that breaks through fray. Just a few days ago I found myself pouting over the most lack luster college ball season of my life. Then today I found myself filling out 8 different brackets, optimistic about every single one. God Bless Brackets!
