ok i'm lying & i hope you know that, but to make sure i have to explain that because i have bad luck w people lately.

i found pics i took of our 1st taco nights in berlin (thanks to you!) but i'm too lazy/busy to upload. remind me! i owe you at least that.

which reminds me, i need to do that again sometime soon! maybe i'll take the stuff on the train to south germany over NYE and stoke out another fellow ex-californian friend i'm visiting

oh right i forgot i got an email that friendster revamped itself slightly recently but i deleted it and never bothered to look. just looked now and uhm seriously friendster?
i remember it well. they held the golden ticket in 1st wide/mainstream social network recognition. even mentioned on like fucking seinfeld and shiznit. and then the site was always down. and then myspace happened. and they basically lost their ticket. then facebook happened. why are they still trying? they'd be better off ditching the name completely.

im assuming the critical whoa moment on the tortilla making video is how to remove the plastic wrap after you've pressed it
did she flip the whole thing over, so it's plastic - dough - plastic , in her hand then take the top plastic off in her hand then the bottom?
i miss her taking the bottom off then.
or does she take the top plastic off before she flips the flattened dough into her hand, and then her slow removing was just the one sheet left?

suppose i just have to try it for myself but since you said that's the crucial moment, i figured that was what you referred to.
