Sells the brand in an entertaining manner.

Re: Adidas – “It’s On Me for We” – 180 LA

Adidas spots are always visually interesting and this one is no exception. My only one minor issue. I think this would have been more effective as a :30 rather than a :45. I think it makes its point but drags on a bit. But I do think Elastic and Patrick did a fine job.

Re: Jameson – “John Jameson” – TBWA\Chiat\Day NY

Loved it. All the elements work perfectly and the twist at the end is a wonderful surprise.

Re: Delta Faucets – “Hands” – Young & Laramore

Re: Delta Faucets – “Hands” – Young & Laramore

I think it's a big challenge to sell this kind of product. You don't wake up one day and decide to replace all your faucets because of an interesting commercial. And for apartment dwellers, advertising from Delta is kind of wasted. But I think this commercial helps put the product brand across successfully and maybe if someone were going to Home Depot to investigate new faucets, they would include this brand along with others being investigated.

Re: TckTckTck – “Adaptation” – Y&R Sao Paulo

Very good spot. Tag line is especially effective.

Re: Puma – “Puma Index” – Droga5 NY

Effective. Gets the product line across in a topical manner. There's a lot of visuals crammed in here, yet I don't think it gets overbearing. Nice job!

Re: Moulinex – “Mix” – BBR S&S Tel Aviv

It certainly gets your attention. I'm not sure I would rush out and buy a Moulinex after hearing the commercial but if I were in a store shopping for blenders and saw a Moulinex after hearing the commercial, I might at least give it a more careful look.

Re: ONDCP – “Laura” – Publicis & Hal Riney San Fran

Important message - well executed without being preachy.

Re: ONDCP – “Laura” – Publicis & Hal Riney San Fran

Re: Audi – “Intelligently Combined” – Kempertrautmann gmbh

Straightforward and effective. It held my attention from beginning to end and I guess that's the idea. We all know that Audi is a good automobile, so I think this spot shows us an interesting side of how the cars are put together.

Re: Duracell – “Bunny Fusion” – Ogilvy Paris

Awful.

Re: Activision – “Hugh Hefner” – Crispin Porter+Bogusky

I'm wondering how much longer the name and likeness of Hugh Heffner will mean anything to the demographic that buys Guitar Hero. Maybe the parents with the credit card know of Hugh, Playboy and the Playboy bunnies, but do their teenage boys? But it's a good spot and I guess we all still know it's a takeoff on "Risky Business."

Re: Gatorade – “Big Match” – CLM BBDO

OK. Nothing unique. But this is the kind of product that is so well known by its name that advertising it is almost institutional advertising. Watching someone swallow or slurp a few swigs drives home the point that this is a great thirst quencher if you're playing sports.

Re: Allan Gray – “James Dean” – King James Cape Town

I think this is a very excellent spot and very inspiring. I'm not sure that it entirely works with this particular product though.
