What you call corned beef is called salt(ed) beef in the UK. I've seen it in M&S before, but not often. You can get dark rye bread in Tesco. M&S also does a pre-packed sandwich which is similar to a reuben sandwich - it's called a New York Deli sandwich, or something like that, but you're probably better off making your own.

There are smarter people than me, but like feastingonroadkill said, any judgement or order will be against the person. If they don't live there, there's not much they can do. It's a student house, so it won't be difficult to argue that the tenants are transitory. That's if the person ever lived there at all.

At least one of you should go to the Student Union as well - they'll have experience with this and may even have form letters you can use.

I don't think you've got anything to worry about, though.

It's been ten years since I graduated, although most of my friends graduated in 2001, so that's when the big reunion will be.
